Shipping/Delivery/Review

Our products are shipped after receipt of payment. The shipping costs are calculated at the end of the purchase process.

As soon as the order has been processed and shipped, you will receive an email with a link to track your shipment. Our current shipping service provider is DHL.

Upon receipt of the parcel, a signature is required as proof of delivery and you should check the address entered again after receiving the order confirmation. Any additional costs incurred due to the incorrect entry of the address will be charged to you as the buyer.


Exchange/Returns

Items that do not fit or are not to your liking can be returned to us in their original condition within 30 days.

Germany: You can use the link provided on the delivery bill: retoure.etuui.com you are welcome to create a return label. A shipping fee of €3.90 will be charged for the return. The amount will be deducted from the refund of the returned item.

If you would like to choose your own shipping service provider, you will have to pay the total shipping costs yourself. We recommend a shipping method with shipment tracking.

Other countries: Please select a shipping service provider of your choice. We recommend a shipping method with shipment tracking. You are responsible for the return shipping costs.

To speed up the processing of your return, please include your name and order number in the package.

Returns can take up to 4 weeks to process.

If you have received a damaged item, please email us within 3 working days of receipt at service@etuui.com

Refunds

Refunds are generally made up to a maximum of 30 days after delivery. After this period, we can unfortunately not refund or exchange.

Refunds can only be made if the returned item and original packaging are complete and unused.

Refunds can only be completed if a receipt or proof of purchase is included.

Refunds procedure

Upon receipt of your return, you will be notified by email. This email will inform you of the refund/part refund decision.

If approved, you will be refunded the invoice amount within 7 business days via the payment method you used at the time of purchase. Shipping charges are generally not refundable.


Delayed/Missing Refunds.

If you have received approval on a refund request, it may take longer to see the credit depending on your bank or credit card company. Please contact your bank/credit card company first.

Exchange

Provided the report is made within 3 business days of delivery, any defective or damaged item will be exchanged by us within 1 week free of charge.

If the defective/damaged item is to be exchanged for an identical item, please send an email to:

Then send the defective/damaged item by insured parcel post, quoting the order number, to the following address:

Gifts

If you have received an item as a gift and wish to exchange it, you will receive a voucher for the value of the original order. As soon as we receive the return, we will send the voucher immediately within 7 days.
