Unfortunately, we cannot provide a return slip. Please enclose your name and order number with the package - this will enable us to process your return more quickly. A direct exchange is possible if you also enclose the note "exchange" and the desired model with the package.

CHANGE / CANCELLATION

Immediately after your order was placed, the shipping label was created in our warehouse and therefore subsequent changes to orders are unfortunately not possible - we are very sorry. Your package has already been processed by our warehouse and should arrive soon.

You are welcome to refuse and as soon as package arrives back to us we will send out a refund to you. At the same time you could reorder the model you want.

Application: In order to use the narrow universal strap, the plug-in card must be placed in your phone case so that the loop protrudes from the opening of the charging port. Then you can hook each universal strap through the loop of the plug-in card and wear your cell phone with the universal strap around your neck. You can also do our CUBE CHARMS on the universal band and customize your band.

Dimensions/Material: The universal bands are made of nylon cord and the carabiner is made of stainless steel. The plug-in card is made of plastic and has a stainless steel ring integrated. The length of the band is 55 cm and you can customize your band.
