CHANGE / CANCELLATION

Immediately after your order was placed, the shipping label was created in our warehouse and therefore subsequent changes to orders are unfortunately not possible - we are very sorry. Your package has already been processed by our warehouse and should arrive soon.

If you need your compostable case without the ribbon, you can simply unscrew the end pieces of the ribbon, unthread the ribbon and use the case on its own. Just make sure that you don't lose the end pieces. Also, this way you could combine and style your sleeve with different colored ribbons.
