RETURN / EXCHANGE

Unfortunately, we cannot provide a return slip. Please enclose your name and order number with the package - this will enable us to process your return more quickly. A direct exchange is possible if you also enclose the note "exchange" and the desired model with the package.

CHANGE / CANCELLATION

Immediately after your order was placed, the shipping label was created in our warehouse and therefore subsequent changes to orders are unfortunately not possible - we are very sorry. Your package has already been processed by our warehouse and should arrive soon.

You are welcome to refuse and as soon as package arrives back to us we will send out a refund to you. At the same time you could reorder the model you want.

RECLAMATION

We are very sorry that you are dissatisfied with the cover.

Even though we would like products to always look like the first day, unfortunately this does not work. Our handmade cell phone bands experience natural signs of use and wear from use, and especially the cotton as a natural product changes. Please send us a photo to service@etuui.com.

Your new set consists of the SILK HOOK Metallic/Coordinates Special Edition phone case in the COCOS BLUEBERRY color and the matching CHICAGO STRAP. The case is a smoothly textured silicone cover. A special feature of the case is the soft inlay in which the phone is secured. To go along with it, you'll receive our Chicago Strap with white carabiners.

This case has two unique features. Firstly, it has a metallic finish and shimmers with a metallic look depending on the lighting. Secondly, it's a Special Edition featuring the coordinates of ETUUI.

This set is available in 4 Special Edition colors.

Hi, I'm Chrissi and I founded ETUUI 3 years ago. At that time I noticed that nowadays our smartphone accompanies us constantly and we want to have it at hand at really every opportunity. And it was exactly this topic and the everyday use of our smartphone that I dealt with creatively.
