Unfortunately, we cannot provide a return slip. Please enclose your name and order number with the package - this will enable us to process your return more quickly. A direct exchange is possible if you also enclose the note "exchange" and the desired model with the package.

CHANGE / CANCELLATION

Immediately after your order was placed, the shipping label was created in our warehouse and therefore subsequent changes to orders are unfortunately not possible - we are very sorry. Your package has already been processed by our warehouse and should arrive soon.

You are welcome to refuse and as soon as package arrives back to us we will send out a refund to you. At the same time you could reorder the model you want.

Our new CHICAGO phone straps in the "Limited Edition" in the HOT GRAPEFRUIT color with white carabiners, matching our Metallic/Coordinates Cases, are unique, sturdy, and practical all at once! You have your hands free and can comfortably wear your phone on your body. The absolute highlight is the embroidered huskies!

You can attach these straps to any phone case with hooks. The carabiners are high-quality and securely hold onto your phone case. Thanks to the chosen width of the strap, it sits comfortably on your body and doesn't dig in.

Dimensions/Material: The phone straps are made of a wide nylon band, and the carabiners are made of stainless steel. The length of the band is 160 cm, and you can customize and adjust it to your liking.

Hi, I'm Chrissi and I founded ETUUI 3 years ago. At that time I noticed that nowadays our smartphone accompanies us constantly and we want to have it at hand at really every opportunity. And it was exactly this topic and the everyday use of our smartphone that I dealt with creatively.
