Unfortunately, we cannot provide a return slip. Please enclose your name and order number with the package - this will enable us to process your return more quickly. A direct exchange is possible if you also enclose the note "exchange" and the desired model with the package.

CHANGE / CANCELLATION

Immediately after your order was placed, the shipping label was created in our warehouse and therefore subsequent changes to orders are unfortunately not possible - we are very sorry. Your package has already been processed by our warehouse and should arrive soon.

You are welcome to refuse and as soon as package arrives back to us we will send out a refund to you. At the same time you could reorder the model you want.

RECLAMATION

We are very sorry that you are dissatisfied with the cover.

Even though we would like products to always look like the first day, unfortunately this does not work. Our handmade cell phone bands experience natural signs of use and wear from use, and especially the cotton as a natural product changes. Please send us a photo to service@etuui.com.

Your new cell phone strap "MOUNTAIN NATURE" consists of a compostable and biologically sound cover and a high-quality, recyclable strap.

Your new case will do justice to a more conscious use of our wonderful planet, because it was made only from sustainable materials and partly from bamboo.

It is important that you treat our degradable "Nature-Product" with care, as it does not contain environmentally harmful BPA and is therefore a little more sensitive and does not have the harsh properties of a harmful plastic product.

If you need your compostable sleeve* without the ribbon, you can simply unscrew the end pieces of the ribbon, unthread the ribbon and use the sleeve on its own. Just make sure that you don't lose the end pieces. Also, this way you could combine and style your sleeve with different colored ribbons.

The strong dark gray stands for the concentrated power of the mountains, indestructibility and the origin of matter. The classic dark hue can be naturally combined with all looks and complements your functional and businesslike nature.

* The compostable cover consists of almost 3/4 of the completely biodegradable and compostable PBAT. It also contains PLA (consisting of corn starch, bamboo and lactic acid) as well as the biologically harmless substances acetyltributyl citrate, calcium carbonate (lime) and cellulose.
